This is a fantastic hotel. The staff could not have been more attentive and without being intrusive. A lovely looking property and very convenient for the attractions Berlin has to offer, only a short walk from two U-Bahn stations. Cannot recommend enough and look forward to booking another stay at this fine establishment.

We were greeted by the staff at our taxi. They were quite friendly and professional. Since we arrived early, our room was not yet ready. In the mean time they gave us a welcome drink (coffee and tea) and a room upgrade. They were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
