Great hotel, staff were always happy to help and easy to get hold of. Location is good, a 10 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz where you can find lots of restaurants and shops along with a train station. There are three bus stops, all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which means getting to anywhere in Berlin is really easy. Hotel was really clean and room a very reasonable size. Whilst visiting, we made use of the spa swimming pool, again kept very clean and open from early in the morning until late at night.

Good location. Breakfast is really expensive,not worth it.

Internet is not good

I am not recommend to my friend this hotel for several reasons. Internet and staff and food were not happy.

The hotel refused to let me stay as they were overbooked. They forced me to stay at a different, and older and inferior, hotel. Terrible. Has never happened before.

great stay

the hotel is great, clean, beautiful. however it is a ten minute walk from any bus stop or underground. on a usual day this would not be a problem but when you are traveling with children and it is freezing outside, this is something you should take into account.

In fact, the next metro station is around 15 minutes walking distance, but we have several bus stops (also in 2 minutes walking distance) near the hotel, that offers a good connectivity to the most points of interest in the city. If guests prefer a busier area for their stay in Berlin, we gladly recommend our sister hotel Maritim proArte, directly located at Friedrichstraße with many shops, sights, restaurants, theatres etc. in close vicinity. No more seating area in the lobby

Usually the lobby is of course set with couches and glass tables. However, when big events take place in the halls on the ground floor the lobby is required for coffee breaks, exhibition stands or similar sometimes.
