Staff was friendly and service was good. The breakfast need serious upgrade, if you charge the rates that you are charging. No selection of breads, chef still cook all eggs in oil, no options. The whole display is most probable 20 years old , no attention to detail equipment very tatty. It could be such a great expierence for a customer to eat breakfast at the pool in the morning. You can get away with that sort of display and cooking methods if you charge R 400/500 per night. The shop in the hotel is below average, more like a little general dealer. Staff in shop unprofessional. And this is the modern era your wifi did not work at all according to your staff. That is really unprofessional if you want to cater for the business men. I hope it helps. There is great potential.

I was there to celebrate 35th annivesary and it was a great stay not to forget and I will also visit again everything was tops I will like to be part of the Peermont Wallmont so that I can also enjoy the benefits of staying there or anywhere else under your name and to know of the specials or events in your place

Need to improve service

Had to phone two times to get matenance to get tv to work ,nearly missed rugby. Ordered snakes before rugby match ,and had to phone 4 times for room service and snacks came after match was over . Toilet /bath needs to be upgraded for the level of the star rating Isolde and not maintained .
