Staff was friendly and service was good. The breakfast need serious upgrade, if you charge the rates that you are charging. No selection of breads, chef still cook all eggs in oil, no options. The whole display is most probable 20 years old , no attention to detail equipment very tatty. It could be such a great expierence for a customer to eat breakfast at the pool in the morning. You can get away with that sort of display and cooking methods if you charge R 400/500 per night. The shop in the hotel is below average, more like a little general dealer. Staff in shop unprofessional. And this is the modern era your wifi did not work at all according to your staff. That is really unprofessional if you want to cater for the business men. I hope it helps. There is great potential.
