Located 5 miles south from downtown Moab, 10 miles to Arches National Park.

Newer, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, furnished for you to relax after enjoying many of the activities Moab has to offer. Fully stocked kitchen helps save you money instead of dining out. The double car garage and the 38" driveway are great for trailers and toys. There are beautiful views of the Moab Rim from every window in the townhome.

Cancellations needs to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises.

Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Awesome location to stay.
Communication is the one key requirement, that we require as a frequent VRBO renter. Nicole was an absolute treasure in her timeliness to reply to a really insignificant issue with the living room television. She was very friendly and being a local, provided valuable insight regarding visiting the local parks. We would definitely stay at this property in the future. We were a family of 4 and had plenty of room to enjoy our stay.

Perfect Moab location
This was a perfect place to stay to explore Moab. It's a beautiful clean well-stocked townhouse with a large two car garage and laundry room. Being able to do laundry cut down on packing for the trip. The garage made it easy to load and unload the car. A short drive to Moab for gas and food and close to the area's National parks. We explored Arches, Canyonlands and Mesa Verde.
