Able to walk to shops and restaurants.

Posted Aug 13, 2017
Pros: Proximity to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast. If you arrive at 8 am they are very slow at replacing food items.
Location: Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.
We loved the town of Moab, Utah. Close to outdoor activities and National Parks.

Convenient to Arches National Park

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: Location to Arches National Park
Cons: n/a
We needed a hotel close to Arches National Park and the Best Western Plus more than met our needs. The room was comfortable and convenient. It is set up so that all rooms have an outside door with the first floor adjoining the parking lot. The desk was more than willing to recommend a nearby restaurant, and even offered a coupon. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and pleasant.

visiting Arches NP

Posted Jul 13, 2017
Location: Moab Diner 2 businesses away! Fantastic ice cream deals. Great prices. Grocery store and state liquor store within two blocks walking.
Great hotel for us to rest here after our visit to Arches National Park. Fine room remodeled about 2 years ago. Like the furnishings. Also the style and all the mature trees throughout the property. The pool was fine and very welcome after hiking at 102 degrees. We enjoyed dinner right across the parking lot at Szechuan Restaurant. And liked being able to buy single beers at the State Liquor Store about 2 blocks away. Cute, friendly town.

Good Value Hotel

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Pros: Central location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very nice complimentary breakfast, could stand some rotation on selection.
Cons: Hotel is showing its age, many of surfaces in room are scuffed and could use paint, sink valve stem seals were leaking onto countertop leaving puddle.
Location: You will stay busy.
Nice looking hotel upon pulling in with nice waterfall feature to greet you. We arrived at 3:30pm, as I assumed check in was at 3pm, upon asking receptionist if rooms were ready, I was informed by another receptionist with quite a snippy tone and look, that check in was at 4pm. One room was ready by 4pm the other by 4:30pm. The Hotel Manager was quite apologetic of delay. These rooms were booked and paid for in February, so you would expect them ready. Rooms were clean as were pool area and other areas. The furniture upholstery was stained as was bed linen, the hotel is showing its age. The refrigerator was unplugged as was the alarm clock, the plug blades on clock were bent so we did not use. The bathroom exhaust fan light lens had numerous dead bugs. Overall room 217 was okay, our guest used room 218 and were okay with condition.

Decent, but appears to be remodeled motel

Posted Jul 10, 2017
Cons: Breakfast service both days was lacking. Always something missing or not working. Hotel was overpriced but probably comparable to others in area.
Older building but remodeled/kept up well. Clean. Friendly, mostly professional staff.

Gave us uncleared room

Posted Jul 8, 2017
At check-in the room we were given was totally a mess, unmade beds, towels on floor, etc. Long walk back to office to get another room assigned.

Nice place to stay

We only spent one night and selected it for the nearness to Arches and Canyonlands. We enjoyed the room. No issues here.
