The rooms and facilities were very clean. The king room we had - had a really nice spacious walk in shower, comfortable furniture and really liked the soap, shampoo, lotion hanging dispensers. The breakfast had a great variety with waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit etc. Clean eating area. Really enjoyed the stay and recommend folks come stay there.

We have been to Moab many times but this was our first time at this hotel. The property is in the middle of a remodel but you might not even know, but for the signs. The work began and ended at a reasonable time each day and noise or construction mess was never a problem. The upgrades are clean and modern. The pool and hot tub were open and a welcome end to the chilly days. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety, including diet-friendly options. Parking was easy, even for those pulling a vehicle or trailer. We will definitely stay here again!

Inconsistent! We stayed two different nights. Once on our way to a destination and then again on our way home. We LOVED the first stay. Room was spotless, fresh baked cookies when we arrived and room was perfect! Coming home, no cookies, people in front of me were offered bottles of water (we were not) No fresh cookies, and the room had fingerprints all over the mirrors. The lovely body lotion that was supplied 4 days earlier, on the return trip, the bottle was completely empty. Just an entire different experience. We LOVED the stay on 04/08/24 but the stay on 04/15/24 was an entirely different experience! Not sure what to think!!! It was like 2 different hotels!!!

Great hotel but...
Check in was easy. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean but there was a few things that I noticed that I was surprised to see. The chair was worn at the bottom, as if a dog perhaps had scratched at it excessivly as well as a part of the tv console was missing at the bottom as well exposing the wood underneath. The sink in the bathroom had a large crack in it. We stayed for 3 nights. There was a note stateing that th room would be cleaned every 2 days, however on the 3 day when the room should have been cleaned, we were gone all day exploring, came back at 3:30 and the room was still not cleaned. They came close to 4 to clean. We did decline because we were resting from the days activities and getting ready for dinner. The pillows were not the most comfortable but that ususally isnt an issue with us. For what we paid, I feel like we should have had a little better room. Overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was great as well. Just maybe needs to have some simple repairs done. We assume that possibly they were understaffed which could have been the reason for the room not being cleaned until later in the day. Location was also great.

Nice Clean very good bed... only problem was the heater fan blows cold even when the heat is on. Sunday evening desk clerk was exceptionally helpful

We visit Moab multiple times a year. This was our best stay yet. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great.
