Close to Everything!Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: It was close to everything, yet reasonably priced.
Location: Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park
Very nice, clean hotel, good sized room, nice bathroom facility. Looked like it had been remodeled recently. Nice pool and hot tub area. Moab is a wonderful little town, loved it. Would definitely return here!

Great LocationPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Parking was a little difficult
Location: Arches Nat'l Park is only 4 miles away and Canyonlands Nat'l Park was 9 miles away. Great restaurants close by!
Check-in staff were courteous and speedy. Rooms were nice - nothing fancy, but we had a large room with a good size bathroom. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked phenomenally. Added plus that the hotel is within walking distance of everything in down town Moab - restaurants, shops, etc. The pool was also clean and felt amazing in the Moab heat!

The hotel was fine, more like a motel.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: convenient to downtown.
Cons: a little run-down
Kind of pricey for what you receive, but that's probably MOAB.

Nice hotel in south end of townPosted Aug 13, 2015
Pros: It was large, quiet, and clean. Lots of parking right next to room. Looks like bathroom was newly renovated.
Cons: No mice!!
Location: In south end of town. Close to City market. Even though you are at one end of town, it's an easy walk to the north end where we had dinner.
We stayed in rm 4206. On second floor at the end of building. Had a balcony which we never used because we were visiting the parks all day. Very quiet. Room was spacious, very clean. It had a small refrigerator and a microwave, both in great condition. Had a flat screen tv. There was a desk, small dining table, chair with ottoman. Very comfy. Nice king size bed. Bathroom was very clean. It had a long counter and also a shelf underneath- so lots of room to put your toiletry bags, etc out. Check in was easy. The gal at desk very nice and helpful. Only one problem: a mouse got in our room at night and was making so much noise in our trash can it woke us up at 4am. We actually took the trash can out on balcony and went back to sleep. Moab is an adventure city so we chalked it up to that. Luckily all our food was in the refrigerator. We'd definitely return.

Clean rooms and comfortable bed! Got a coupon to the Pankake House restaurant there. The double shower head was great! Would stay again.

In need of better ownership.Posted Aug 10, 2015
This was a great place in concept. The location is good and It has good sized rooms. The problem I ran into had to do with the room cleanliness. There were two queen beds, both of which seemed to be remade with the same sheets as the previous people in the room. There was hair allover the beds and pillows. We had stains in our pillows from sweat. We got into the room late after having fun all day. We were disappointed to come back to this. It was too late to deal with it. But this was the last time I will stay there.

Nice stay in MoabPosted Aug 2, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, location, nice rooms
Cons: Laundry facility
Location: Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, rafting, biking, 4-wheel exploring, and downtown shops.
Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location right in the middle of Moab was great; easy to get around to restaurants and shops. Our kids had a nice time in the pool.
