We had a mostly great stay at the Skyfall Guestrooms. The check-in process was fast and easy. The man who helped us (I think he is the owner) was incredibly kind and welcoming. We stayed in the Book Cliffs Guestroom, and it was so well-done and perfect for our stay. We made use of the Keurig coffees every morning. There were complimentary sodas, waters, Powerades, and Oreo cookies that were replenished every day. So great for our full days of hiking! There was also hand soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided that all smelled so good! I wish I could find out the brands, so I could buy them myself. The TV was huge, and we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day, watching Ted Lasso on Apple TV. The best perks were the daily breakfasts at the restaurant. Lots of yummy options and very generous portions, we took our leftovers and ate them for lunch. The not so great things: I found the mattress too firm, but that's just me. We had dinner at the Tamarisk 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. It was so convenient, but the food was just okay. The most disappointing thing was the service from the waitstaff, not including the very hardworking owner. It seemed like if you weren't local or a regular, they weren't going to be nice to you. The waitresses took our orders and got our food efficiently. They checked on us, but they were quite gruff. No friendly smile; all business. At one breakfast, the waitress rolled her eyes when I asked for water to refill my bottle myself.
