Nice motel in the middle of town

Posted Sep 26, 2016
Great location close to the middle of town. Walking distance to several resturants and shopping. Far enough off the main highway to be quite and relaxing.

Fantastic assistance when jeep tour was cancelled

Posted Sep 26, 2016
Pros: Breakfast. Proximity to Main Street of Moab.
Location: The Arches. Potash scenic drive. Atomic Jeep Tours. Pasta Jay's.
Jeep tour was cancelled at last minute on us. Trisha, at front desk, helped arrange another, within an hour.

Decent place but not worth the money

Posted Sep 3, 2016 on Hotels
The room, service.. everything was fine. No real complaints. The decor was a bit spartan; we stayed in a suite, and the bedroom was nice but overall it felt a bit sparse. Good amount of space though. The private "deck" area was just a slab of concrete behind a corrugated fence wall and underneath another floor of rooms, so it was grey and shaded and seemed a bit useless, though did provide quick access to the parkinglot. One sketchy thing was a pair of street anarchist looking punks, who were not staying in the hotel, had managed to slip their way into the complimentary breakfast, and they were playing music from a phone and that was kind of awkward. Management politely and discretely escorted them off the property, but it didn't feel great, watching it unfold. So besides that weirdness, my main complaint concerns value. It wasn't worth $250 for a suite for one night. The Desert Pearl Inn, in Moab, for example, has beautiful amenities, impeccable service, amazing views, and just feels like a much higher quality establishment, for an even cheaper rate.
