“While our room was clean, our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and poor customer service. None of the USB charging ports worked. When we realized there was no bedding for the sofa bed, I tried calling the front desk, only to find the room phone didn’t even have a power cord attached. I had to go to the front desk myself and carry the bedding back to our room. The most concerning issue happened at the coffee station. A staff member bumped into me while I was getting……

“Dogs barking! All night and in the morning. It was awful. Why don’t they tell the pet owners to take care of their animals or put them in a different part of the hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly. Didn’t care much about the barking dogs. I asked to buy something and the front desk said they had to wait for the manager? Why offer to sell item? A little frustrating.”
