centrally located w/ease of access

Pros: Centrally located
Cons: Having a greater divide between smokers and non-smokers. The smell of some cigarettes was strong to terrible.
Location: Location was easy to access and malls were close by.
Overall a pleasant stay. We did experience the door keys not working and having to have them reset. Dining room was clean and breakfast was prepared. The microwave began sparking fire to add a bit of excitement. The rooms reserved were not available but were given adequate lodging.

It was okay.. not the best bathtubs aside from being old they were dirty.

hotel has awesome potential!! but I happened to stay there while they were renovating so that wasn't fun...lots of rooms were out of order but if you ask me if I would stay there again, I would give it another chance just because I like Atrium type lobby/hotel

Would not stay there again

Run down, disorganized, and smelly. Breakfast was gross- watery eggs, hockey puck sausage, oily grits and what I think was suppose to be biscuits. Cereal was stale and milk was luke warm and tasted old. A section of the parking lot is caved in. Hotel is in need of major repair. Water damage visible everywhere. Employees seem confused. One employee said breakfast starts at 6:30 and another say it starts at 7 and a third was not sure which time is correct. It was an unpleasant experience and I did not feel safe because I hardly ever saw employees regularly at their posts. Everytime I went to front desk, I waited an average of 15-20 minutes for an employee to come into view, which included the front desk clerk.
