Musty and moldy

The linens on our bed was not changed from previous guest. 2 pillows cases had dirty shoe’s foot prints on it. Under top cover sheets were messy and dirty. We asked for clean sheets. Had to walk to front desk to get it and change our bedding by ourselves. Would not recommend this hotel

You get what you pay for, was never more true in the case of the Baymont Inn. Despite having a room AC, our room was dank and moist. The toilet bowl had obviously not been cleaned.There was an old french fry on the vanity room floor that had been an occupant for quite some time. Greasy fingerprints covered the the entry door and the bathroom door, making it risky to put your hands anywhere near them. The pool was closed although no one seemed to know why? Since the tables and umbrellas were still out, it did not appear to be a seasonal occurrence. Breakfast was slim pickens with very few choices, namely pancakes and sugary cold cereal. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and clean (we hoped). The TV sometimes had a clear connection to HBO and the desk staff was warm and welcoming.

bad room

The ceiling was leaking and when we pulled or covers over to get in the bed there was a huge stain on the covers. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody thats very bad for bussiness .

Left my pillow there turned around to go back and get it and they threw it away .

Rooms were disgusting

The first room we went to had mold on the ceiling over the shower. The towels were dirty and there was pee on the bathroom wall. The bed skirt also had dried white substance on it which I can only assume what it was. The second room had a hole in the wall where someone punched it. The towels were dirty and the bedding was stained as well. The wall by the sink looked like it was going to cave in from water trapped behind it. My wife also tried to get breakfast in the morning but the took it down an hour and a half early.

Horrible don't stay here

I'm not normally one to write a review but it's so bad it needs one the room was dirty the excuse was short staff and then they double charged me on top of it all

Gross

This hotel is just gross. There seemed to be blood on the ceiling. Smelled of mildew really bad. TV didn't work. Breakfast was terrible. $107 for a night stay is a joke

Room smelt like a wet dog

The Hotel clerk would not look me in the eye, I thought perhaps the red long sleeve shirt looked used but then I started to notice the five different meal stains on the front just below his top pockets. When Iasked whim where the room was located he murmurs someghing like just around bac of the building, which ended up being two buildings back. When I opened the door, for my wife it was late 10:40 in the evening and that’s when it hit me... it smelt like wet dogs hair. I walked through the small rooms, and back not believing what was happening, I called the front desk... the familiar mumble, could you hold please. Five minutes went by, I hung up and called again, could you hold please, I hung up and walked through the darkened buildings, when I arrived the hotel clerk was taking care of one unlucky guest. I informed the night clerk the fan on the air conditioner did not work and the room smelt like a wet dog. He explained the had no other rooms available and was not able to reimburse our money I also though the advertised breakfast was just another joke(see photo), instant coffee and tea are considered breakfast at this less than one minus Facility. I called the Expedia booking services that night asking for a full refund but the night clerk must of forgotten to pass my complaint forward to someone who actually cared.
