The cleanness wasn’t good at all the bathtub had little insects the bathroom wall had a hole there was a lot of dust in most places smelt like cigarettes and the room seemed like it was used like they didn’t clean when the person before me was staying there there was some stains on the bed sheets I told the lady upfront and she went to clean but I feel like they should work on their cleaning and do better air conditioner wasn’t working there wasn’t good lighting either was very dark yellow I needed to ask to change rooms since the first room light wasn’t working.

This was the worst hotel we ever tried to stay in got there checked in went to our room the room was trashed and had to use the stairs Elevator didn’t work we got another room this one only had sheets on it no pillow cases no blankets it looked like where someone would stay if you wanted to buy drugs or rent a hooker I cried in the parking lot i was so scared luckily we was able to get another room at there baumont hotel next door we are going to try and get our money back through PayPal I do believe this hotel needs corporate to look into this hotel

Reservation were canceled by the hotel staff. I called and confirmed that I still had reservations and were told yes but upon arrival they had canceled all reservations due to over booking. I did not receive a call or email informing me of the cancellation.

Parking was okay but could have be clean more withoyt sticky stuff on the walk way. Toilet had piss in it and would'nt flush. The room was half clean. I was charge extra after i paid thru Expedia. Worst ever, I am a truck driver that stays in hotels 5 nights per week extremely noisy and dirty, no towels or soap, had to go down to front desk to request , no phone to contact them, advertised as continental breakfast, but no breakfast at all, not even black coffee

Long story short, I killed a cockroach in the lobby (that should’ve been my first red flag). The room was dirty, pink rhinestones were on the carpet, the mirror and bathtub were dirty. The bedsheets from both beds were stained. One of the mirrors had writing in sharpie from a previous individual. The first floor smelled of weed. The only good thing about the hotel stay was Melody at the front desk. If we wouldn’t have checked in nearly at midnight from a very long drive we would’ve gone to a different hotel. I called a few hours after check out and spoke with someone who had a foreign accent who was extremely rude to me. Will never stay here again.
