We reserved a king bed non-smoking but got 2 queens and a smoking room. I even called ahead to confirm and was told all was good. Nope. It's fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay overnight, but that's about it

The lady was rude when checking in. There was no towels in the room had to go to the front and ask for them. Then she acted like i shouldnt be bothering her for them. The old closed pool looked like it hasnt been drain since the 90s. Shower curtain was broken couldn't even be used and had mold on it. We had roaches in the room.

The stay was fair the nighttime staff was awesome but daytime staff sucks left my insulin in refrigerator and went back to get it and they refused to let me in the lady at the desk yesterday morning was just flat out rude will never stay there again the lights did not work in our room plugs were exposed wires were showing and the smell of drugs was just unbelievable don’t wastes your money or time they said free breakfast and poll and we got neither ended up going to Florida

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my 40+ years of life. I paid a few dollars extra to have a room listed as “renovated” because of some reviews and the hotel itself stating online they were under construction. But, if that was a so called renovated room they should have the rest of the place condemned! To start, the room was supposed to be non-smoking, it clearly wasn’t by presence of an ash tray on the desk and the room wreaking of some type of deodorizer attempting to mask the funky and stale cigarette smoke smells. I called the front desk and the clerk swore it was non-smoking, so we decided to stay because the only other room had 2 queen beds and was right under the the stairs, plus we didn’t gain entry just looked in the window so who knows if it was the same level of grossness as the other. After being on the road for 14 hours we did not want to have to drive around town looking for accommodations. But, in hind sight, we 100% should have. At best this place is suitable for traveling laborers, we saw and heard a lot of those coming and going all night long. I could even accept the noise as we wanted a roadside motel with exterior room entrances to keep an eye on our moving trailer. I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inns like this before. Even with low expectations, what is unacceptable to me is the deteriorated and dirty state of the room. Even a rundown hotel can be cleaned. My pics can’t even convey how gross it was. Felt like a crime scene.

The room was dirty as heck. The floors were dirty, there were towels from the last person who stayed, the beds aren’t made well. The staff took forever to check me in. The bathrooms were gross. The new ther guests were loud late at night. The room smelled of smoke from the room next to us.

Room smelled like smokers room, I had to go get towels none was in the room, couldn’t use coffee maker water was left in back and was slimy, when we got in our car a syringe was laying by our car. Not some where I would won’t to stay again

The room we got put in first was covered in mold and dirty sheets. Ghank hod the staff let me go look at another room.

Property was dirty at most. Floors are not carpeted so whatever was on the floor, it got pick up by our socks right away, hairs, dog hairs, lint, had to throw away my white socks. I wipe every surface that are always touched and it was not cleaned. Had to wipe everything twice. The walls are dirty, bed sheets are stained with what seemed to be shoe markings. Our comforter had cigarette burns. Bathroom has molds, towels are stained and dirty.

The room was still dirty for the previous guest. Beds were not made, wet towels in the tub. Got a different room, but door lock failed. Had to get assistants to get in and out of the room. Lost an earring in the sink. Sink did not have a stop in the drain. Ask for assistants to retrieve, but assistants did not come.

Roach Hotel
I dislike the way it looked an smelled. I didn’t have a working remote, no ironing board. Big cork roaches running across the floor and on the ceilings. The ad an the real hotel is not the same. Will not ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I kept looking for a frog to come under the door from the sounds outside the door. Kept towel under door an chair behind the door.

Overall Poor Conditional - Find Another Place!!!
Stayed 2 nights; 1st night key didn't work, toilet didn't fill and flush, no hair conditioner, no wash cloths, no tissues, shower rod not secure so shower curtain slid toward middle of pole causing water to be on floor, no bath mat, receptionist attitude was unconcerned - overall very poor!!! 2nd night was put into another room. All the above were corrected. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!
