Friendly staff

Cons: The door to the room stuck and was hard to open.

It was a very nice hotel, very close to everything

The hotel was great, everyone was so friendly and nice. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the interstate, easy access.

Pros: clean, great staff, great breakfast
Cons: Other than moving entire building farther from interstate highway, all was ok !!
Location: nearby food and shopping was good
Checked in about 6pm but went to eat, didn't go to room till about 8, hallways were very drafty and cold, room was cold, raised thermostat but room didn't warm up till about 3am. after that all was ok except highway noise, my room was about 50 yds from I-10

Great place to rest

Pros: outside, inside, rooms, staff
Cons: nothing, keep up the good service
Location: easy to get to and back on the road.
This hotel has become our favorite place to stay on trips to South Carolina. Great staff who are willing to help in any situation. Rooms are neat, clean with great comfortable beds. Breakfast is generous and inviting with plenty of fresh coffee to get the day started.

Desk staff professional with smiles

Pros: Easy location from I-10, well kept grounds. Very clean.
Cons: Could hear drone of traffic from I-10.
Location: Easy location from I-10 and easy to get to the Mobile airport. Did not have time to site see.
Room very clean, well laid out and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Nicely appointed room.

No elevators, no service if booked through Expedia

We chose this hotel because we had to evacuate Jacksonville Florida due to hurricane Matthew and it was the closest hotel off I10W that had vacancies. When we checked in and went to our rooms we noticed we had King beds. We were supposed to have double beds. She told us she couldn't do anything to help us because we "booked through Expedia". To make matters worse, the elevator stopped working. So we had to walk up four flights of stairs. When we checked out the next morning, we had to carry all of our luggage down four flights of stairs. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction, there were no apologies from the hotel... Just the response "you booked through Expedia." If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not book through Expedia because they will not give you any service they will only quote the phrase "you booked through Expedia". They need to learn that even if a customer booked through Expedia, they are still the hotel's guest and their comfort and satisfaction should be of utmost importance to the hotel.

Overnight stay for afternoon speaking engagement .

Pros: Courtesy of staff, Cleanliness, hospitality.
Cons: Everything was great, nothing that I can think of.
Location: Great location. Easy access to sites
Traveled to Mobile for program being held at church the following afternoon. Requested a one hour late check-out extension. Hotel staff accomodated request with no problem. Greatly appreciate staff's courtesy and professionalism. Thank you again.

Mattress was comfortable

Mattress was comfortable service felt like I was walking into CiCis pizza. Room was big but felt no one had cleaned it in months. The sofa bed was busted and mattress might as well been a yoga mat. Not to mention the location felt like it was back in the ghetto had to wake up and check my vehicle every 30 minutes. Breakfast was ok the best part was the next mornin when we left.

Bad actitud staff

I reserved a two bed room two months ago. When i arrived There was only a one bed room and no roller beds in the whole hotel. When i asked for help i only get nothing but a cold and hard night in the floor. NEVER RETURN
