1) Hard to find; No sign from main road; Sits behind another motel 2) Arrived 30 minutes before check-in with elderly parents and they were not kind enough to see if rooms were available. The staff was not friendly; especially counter person with ring in her nose! After sitting in the lobby after a very long drive, finally one of the 3 decided she'd check and "miraculously" all three rooms were available. They were lazy. 3) There was no A/C in the halls; Super hot and stuffy. No plans to ever stay here again. 4) Walls and floors were so THIN you could here people walking above your head and talking in rooms next to us. Super noisy; Cheap construction. Thank goodness it was just ONE night!

property is in perfect condition. rooms are perfect. restaurant is suffering from lack of personnel although food was perfect.

Needs new maintenance staff for rooms. Shower caulking was slack. The floors or wood so you can hear everything above you all night long.

Location. GPS kept trying to take us the back way which was no entrance. We got lost twice

Everything was great except the morning breakfast. We tried to clarify at checkin if it was included, only to be surprised after we got a plate of food that it was about $15 each. Got different answers from different staff. Perhaps someone was new there - the bill on our table appeared, then disappeared, then it was back a few minutes later. Nice breakfast, just wish the staff was better at communicating.
