Front desk staff acted like it was no big deal that the guy in the room nextdoor was screaming at, threatening to kill his kids and sounded like he was beating them. I got the impression they were living in the hotel and the front staff knew him.

Hi Shelly,Sorry to hear your stay was not so pleasant. The guest you are referring to was spoken to by the hotel staff. They do not live here in the hotel as that we are not an extended stay type of hotel.

The front desk clerk, Angela was outstanding. She greeted us with a friendly smile, and was extremely helpful. She attended to all of our needs and was ultra accommodating. Caring staff makes such a difference!

Room 315 was nasty. The walls were dirty, they are in need of a paint job. The tub was stain yellow. The frame of the bathroom door needs replacing. Like it had mold.

The staff was excellent and I had several interactions with them. The staff made sure I was taken care of and spoke to me everytime I passed with eye contact. I can't fault this IHG Hotel on any level!

CAR WAS ALMOST STOLEN. I mean the stay was fine, staff was friendly…..but I now have to deal with a broken window and many other repairs to my vehicle.

Stuck inside of mobile
Not so good. Came for a quick, quiet birthday weekend. Had zero sleep due to a group of teenagers a few rooms down. They ran up and down the hallway, yelling, slamming doors all night. I went out in hallway and asked them to be quiet a few times and called front desk around 3am. At that point it was so late we maybe slept 2 hours. The only good thing was the young lady that checked us in when we arrived.
