Very Scetchy Hotel

The parking lot was littered with garbage. Boxes, food bags, actual trash. Thugs going very slowly through, like they were looking for prostitutes or drugs. My husband & I both slept with our guns on the night stands, loaded & ready. I've never stayed in such a place before. It was my fault, it was a spur of the moment trip & the room was dirt cheap. The price was a Red Flag, but I ignored my intuition. Never again.

Horrible. We had to call for clean linen soon as we got to our room. If you need any extra towel rags etc they'll say you have to come pick them up yourself. Our comforters had burns from cigarettes in them.

The room was not clean the bedding had burn holes every the bath tub was so nasty I couldn't even take a bath or a shower bathroom door had holes every where and the other guests had so much going on a lot of noise

The children are nice, but the mother is very rude

From what I could tell, an older woman runs the hotel with some younger family members. The family members were actually pleasant, but the woman (the mother, I'm guessing) is incredibly rude.

Incredibly Rude Owner

If you think that you can sleep in, even 10 minutes past checkout time without being RELENTLESSLY hounded to either pay for another day or get out, then you're wrong. One of the owners kept knocking on my door, and then coming in, demanding that immediately pay her for another day or get out at 11:10. I told her that I would get another day, but I was sleeping, so she waited outside and kept hounding me until I paid for another day at about 11:40. She wanted me to pay her right at the door! Also, the next day, I woke up in time for their breakfast, but ... I wish that I would slept in because the breakfast was terrible. Do not stay here!

We are sorry that you were inconvenienced on the morning of your initial check-out, but we had a very large number of guests checking in that day, and we were under a lot of pressure to clean the rooms. Unfortunately, we have in the past had guests say that they were staying another night, only to change their minds when they got up, so we do have a policy to get payment before we confirm an extended stay. Bad wifi

The wifi in the room was not great. It didn't work they entire stay. The staff did not y try to improve the situation.

Good for the $$. Easy to find from Freeway. Shopping within walking distance.

Hotel was convenient near cruise ship port.

It was,good for the price, but rooms need upgrading a lot. Mattress on sofa bed had stains on it, we couldn't use it. Broken divider in room, & rugs dirty. Sheets clean, but didn't use the covers.,

Two very small pillows on a king size bed. the room was decent. i wish their tv would have allowed me connect via HDMI cord to my laptop.
