Stayed on 2nd floor in a non-smoking room. Although the room seemed nice upon check-in, we were extremely disappointed in the fact that the bathroom had been seriously neglected by housekeeping. The floor was covered in random hairs from previous guests and there were hairs stuck on the wall of the shower. The mattresses and pillows on both beds were extremely worn. Although the continental breakfast was fair, I wouldn't suggest the hard-boiled eggs (not fresh) or the cereal (tasted quite stale).

We have made significant changes in our staffing and training. We do not expect any poorly serviced rooms moving forward.
