Terrible and horrible motel - Keep Away!
Posted Jun 27, 2013
This is one of the worse places I've stayed in. The carpets were dirty and stained.. The room smelled and the room was super cold as the AC was set to high and on 60. The bathroom was old, dirty, and moldy. There were pubic hairs on the toilet, the bars where you hang the towels were rusty, there was a used soap in the bathtub. They upgraded the toilet from a standard to an elongated toilet but b/c of this, the bathroom door would not close as it would hit the front of the toilet! Their "fix" was to notch out the door where it hits the toilet and paint the door. Too bad that they did not notch it out more b/c it still sit the toilet and the door would not close. The tops of the dresser was sticky so when I went to pick up my keys and wallet from the dresser in the morning, they were stuck to it. The front curtains would not close all the way so you could see into the room, I had to put a book on it to keep it as closed as possible. The beds, pillows, and sheets had stains and you guessed it, more hair on them! We had our own sheets and pillows that we were able to use so we did. The walls were dirty and stained and needed to be washed and painted. Over all, the was the 2nd worse room I stayed in, the only thing that made it better than the other one was that the beds were fairly comfy and firm. just 8 days earlier we stayed across the street at the Baymont Inn and that one was much better. They need to completely remodel this motel and update it.
