I ordered a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room. They said it would be an up charge for nonsmoking. I paid for the room before I arrived and the they want another $60 deposit upon checking. The first room had no power and I had to get a second room. The lady at the front desk said I should have just call her and the room would have been cheaper. I’m not going to stay here anymore.

Very dirty room, it’s very outdated, carpet filthy, shower nozzle squirt all around but very little where you want it. It’s better that freezing but I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again.

The room is missing a smoke alarm, electric covers, tissue paper, nor soaps. The bathtub is scratched and stained. Towels are thin and flimsy and dirty looking. Does not seem to be ready to rent out to guests. No quality in this QUALITY INN what so ever!! I am scared for breakfast tomorrow.

Worst encountered in our summer cross-country trip
Second floor, no elevator. Unpainted dry wall in bathroom. Strong cleaning product smell then moldy smell during night and in morning. Breakfast offerings minimal tho did include waffles but no yogurt or fresh fruit. Very low water pressure in tap, did not c shower as tub looked unclean. Only one bed in room but that made space for yoga mat stretching!!

Not horrible but disappointing.
We found the hotel to be clean but there are no frills. In the first room we were assigned the fire alarm kept going off when the heat from the furnace came on. In the second room the fire alarm did not go off because it was hanging from the wall. The beds were fairly comfortable. In the morning we tried to use the ice machine in the vending area; it was broken.

Nothing was good about this hotel. Walked in to a strong pee or ammonia odar that kept piercing my nose. The toilet had paper floating to the top, towel was folded dirty, pee in the tub and the bed was poorly made, as if covering dirty sheets. I refused to touch anything so can't confirm if sheets were clean. I take pics and show the font desk worker she just says eww gross and walks away. To tell me I had to deal with cancelation with my 3rd party! Worst place ive ever stayed!

I will not return to this property. Check-in took nearly half an hour as it seems the staff had problems figuring out the Expedia reservation. Then once arrival to the room the key didn't work so had to return to the front desk for a reset key. Then management decided to charge me an extra fee for an additional guest and didn't even provide a second key. When I inquired about the additional charge management said I shouldn't have used Expedia and should have booked with them directly. Will not return to this property again.

I have stayed here before and liked it alot it was clean, quiet and beds were comfortable but this time I checked in and got to room to see evidence of bed bugs and bathroom was filthy, bedding was torn and stained! I talked to manager she asked me to look at another room and apologized. She was nice and professional. The 2nd room looked better alot cleaner and it was late so I stayed. During the night I saw roaches crawling on the wall so I sprayed the room down and sprayed disenfectant on sink and cleaned it when I did all kinds of little bugs started falling from under rim into sink I cleaned and sprayed it and would have left but I was coming down with flu and it was late so I planned on leaving in morning, got up felt terrible, got really sick to stomach and was dizzy so I just got on website book again bc I was up for packing up and getting dressed but fell aaleep, girl from office came banging on door really loud 2 seconds after I told housekeeping I was staying was online booking again. I apologized to her that I hadn't finished booking yet I got sick , it wasnt quite check out time yet she starting yelling being very rude when there was no need I always pay on time, I always leave room cleaner than I found it had no company was there alone and very quiet just sleeping, I just happened to get very sic, if I hadnt I would've been gone anyway bc the room was not worth $90 a night it was dirty and bug infested

When making the booking. The dates reset fir Christmas eve. When i showed up Nov 27th they had no booking. I had to rebook and see if they would refund. Which they refused. Even though it is almost a month away. Greed and bad on expedia. Ill never use u again.

The worst room we’ve ever had. The room has mold many places on the roof, especially worse in the bathroom from floor to the wall, around handrail, door to the roof. It smells so bad and so humid, the bed and sheet feel wet. It was too late when we found out that. It shouldn’t be a room for people to stay.

UNFAVORABLE MOTEL FOR ME.
There was no toilet paper and when I called the front desk I was told to stop at the desk to pick it up, but since I was on the second floor with no elevator I opted not to go and used wipes instead. The room was $109 which I considered way over priced . Decided not to have their breakfast which was auwful.
