“Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I expected. The resort definitely needs better maintenance. The toilet was not flushing properly, and the water was not completely clean. Another major disappointment was the restaurant situation. There were supposed to be three restaurants available, but only one was open during our stay. “The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.”
