“Very much enjoyed the location and proximity to Pinecrest and Twain Harte, the tall windows, fireplace and view. Kitchen was nice and bed very comfortable. The place was very quiet and relaxing. Spiral staircase took some getting used to. We had a fun trip. ”

“This wasn't very basic motel level hotel as there not a lot of places to stay in that area. This worked well for overnight road trip. Stay for us.. They had offered a breakfast but it was in a very tiny room serving two buildings and we barely could get a bottle of water. ”

“Thank you for the warm hospitality and the calm escape from city life. The animals were such a joy — especially the curious sheep and gentle dog. We’ll be back next time we need a dose of countryside peace! The room were perfect and the beds very comfortable. ”

“Nice place. Bed wasn’t very comfortable, but the suite itself was really nice.”

“It's a motel and the location is pretty good. Everything is in walking distance since it's a small town. Yet, the lodge is too old and it's on the main street. You can hear everything, even the snores next door.”
