“I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference! I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation. It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)”

“當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。”

“This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. You’re up in the San Blas area - barely over a 5 minute walk to the San Blas Market, and only 13 minutes to Plaza de Armas. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast each morning is great, and the rooms are clean. We had a late evening departure, and they let us store our bags for about 7 hours after checkout time. If we head back to Cusco, we would definitely stay here again!”
