Bathroom door!

The refrigerator didn't work SO they moved me! Next room that one froze everything inside! They put a sliding glass door for the bathroom that leaves a huge gap SO if you're not alone everyone in the room can smell! No handle on the bathroom door! Very disappointed for the price!

Pros: Not much
Small, plumbing fixtures not working. Not enough covers for bed.

Anonymous I do apologize about the plumbing issues and will have this taken care of.We always have extra blankets in our back office which they will take them to your room in the future.

Perfect stay. Nice Rm, continental breakfast. Enjoyable.. I'll recommend this best western.

The room was kind of stale./ The toilet was not properly seated and leaked. There was a repair order in the room but it had yet to have plumber fix. The room should not have been on line.

Horrible horrible place!

Worst experience of my life! Management might as well be considered slum lord of the property. If you like rude customer service, loud noise, pet hair everywhere, and possible break in of your vehicle , then stay here. If you care about your belongings, go elsewhere.

Feels like a 5 star hotel

Pros: The courtyard made me feel safe, It established a nice feeling to the whole place.
Cons: Front desk was not as professional as other hotels but I liked that they were casual and friendly. They set a nice 'tone" for the stay.
Location: We went to visit friends. Then went to the mountains where there was a beautiful lake community. That's all I know.
Most comfortable night I've spent in a hotel. Bed was just right, room was nice and dark. Furniture was nicely placed. NO complaints here!

The first room smelled like fresh dog droppings and had lots of stains on the carpet. The second room was very clean.
