Good Value

Two out of three of the staff I met were friendly. Exercise room was sparsely equipped with one treadmill and one universal type machine, water cooler and towels. Management periodically patrols the parking lot for security. Tasty complementary breakfast. Business center printer was inop but desk clerk helped me get boarding passes printed using front desk printer. Thanks!

Comfortable Hotel With Great Staff

Pros: Everything, breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable and the price was fantastic
Cons: Nothing at this time
Location: Olive garden on the same lot, walmart and Winco across the street, vintage faire mall down the street about a mile.
Last minute booking and the price, staff and rooms were all great! Definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel in comparison to other Modesto hotels in the area. Comfortable beds and a great shower are very pleasant. And the breakfast was also very good.

Pros: Easy to find,parking easy close to shopping quick walk in fact
Location: 2 restaurants, Olive Garden and Black Bear Diner. WinCo, Walmart and numerous other stores
Comfortable, nice that shopping and restaurants are in the very same area, a few minutes walk. Well lit parking lot. Quiet even tho it was crowded with visitors (Holiday) I will come back to this hotel. Staff very friendly

Worn out

The hotel was in pretty worn out condition. Looked like construction had started and then stopped with no sign of starting again. The bedding was tattered, the lock on the doors were pretty worn out. The breakfast didn't start until 6:35am so I had get breakfast elsewhere. The room was not cleaned by a maid, I returned to a dirty room at 5:30pm. Then at 6:30pm the maid came and asked if I wanted her to clean.

To respect your privacy, our housekeeping staff have been trained to not enter any rooms with a do not disturb sign, which dependent on time of day may result in the room not being serviced. Be Aware of High Car Theft Risk

Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was good.
Cons: Security.
Modesto is, unfortunately, still the car theft capital of America. Despite a well lit parking lot, a locked vehicle, and security cameras, our truck was stolen and is still missing.

Great price for a 3 star hotel!

We received a great price. We were very happy with the room. Although the room we booked wasn't available, we were put into a nicer room. Very clean, very comfortable. I would stay here again.
