During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. "I stayed here with my family and we all loved it. Kids were so entertained and didn't want to leave. The villa is amazing and has everything you need. Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great.
