Found a ball of hair tangled on the shower head and had asked for them to clean it immediately but the issue was never addressed even after housekeeping came the next day. The staff offered for me to switch rooms in the end but disappointed that they didn’t immediately come to remove it. Otherwise overall had a decent stay.

It was good experience to stay @ Best western, they should give more things to customers, like soap, shower cap etc. small small things were missing. Over all it was ok.

A nice and clean hotel with a good transportation to the city. I wasn't amazed with the bedding. It maybe good for people wetting beds. For others, it's just messy.

The Best Western did not live up to its name as "Best". The beds were not comfortable and had some type of plastic below the sheets that caused them to come off of the bed. I had to remake the bed three times during the night. The pillows were little more than flat rocks. The hotel appears to need some renovation.

It was a good stay. The hotel is not the newest, but still good. Check in took a few seconds, the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was not small either. TV, glasses for water and cups for coffee were available. The bed was comfortable, with the curtains you could darken the room well. At the beginning there were only 1 large duvet and 2 small pillows available. On request at the reception we got another blanket and 2 pillows. That went very fast and without problems. WiFi was very good. Overall, we were satisfied. The city center is not very far away. Parking situation at the hotel is good. You can park for a fee, but also park on the streets for free, if you are patient. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket, which has everything you need for food. Very close is also the Sadyba shopping center, there are many fast-food restaurants, pharmacies, a large supermarket, cafes and clothes to buy.

Great hotel
Great hotel not far out of city. Bus 501 519 522 to stop magnalia stop right outside hotel athos portos is behind it. Staff friendly smiling Rooms large nice size bathroom toiletries hair dryer etc. Breakfast 42 zlotys but loads of choice Really nice hotel look forward to next stay
