“The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back.”

“Wir 12 Nächte in der Unterkunftt. Es ist sauber, ruhig. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der kleine Laden im Ort ist super. Supermärke sind 2-3km entfernt. Der Strand ist so weiß wie auf den Bildern und der Parkplatz für den Strand ist tatsächlich nur 900m weit weg.”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein eher steiniger Strand (Wasserschuhe nicht vergessen!), zahlreiche Fischrestaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einer kompletten Küche und sehr bequemen Betten. Im Badezimmer müsste die Duschkabine repariert werden. Die Gastgeberin gibt viele Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und steht online für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.”

“wir verbrachten 12 Tage als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig. die Küche ist zwar etwas spärlich ausgestattet ( Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Pfeffer,Salz, Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle sollte man mitnehmen) aber im Grunde genommen hat man alles was man braucht. und wenn was fehlt wie z.B. Wasserkocher, dann einfach nachfragen, Filiberto und Anna Maria sind total……

The facilities were excellent with plenty of room, and wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside from the swimming pool. Our host was very accommodating and helpful. An ideal location to explore the wonderful towns and cities of Tuscany. Highly recommended! We didn't want to leave!”

“We had a lovely week-long stay in this property. It's located just outside the small village of San Dalmazio up a long, private dirt track. The property itself is spacious and rustic with plenty of amenities, including bikes, a barbecue and pizza oven. There are two bathrooms and three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). But best of all is the large swimming pool which is situated across from the property in an olive grove. The hosts were very friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. The……
