Non-responsive, don't care about customers

It's hard to rate the rooms because the locked the front office, didn't answer their phone at 7pm and didn't reply to emails at 8pm.
We were in rain traffic, called to let them know when we would arrive but no answer. Then I had my assistant email them, she received no reply.
We arrived at the hotel. Rang the bell----no answer. Tried calling again, no answer. Knocked on the door--- no answer.
We found another hotel via Google. The people were nice as was the room.
PS: The owners of Glave never wrote back.
