“Rooms are quite large, but showing their age.
Bathroom was grubby. Floors were dirty with grime in all the corners. Carpet was well worn, definitely recommend slippers!
Elevator was down and had apparently been out of service for quite some time although that information was not shared at booking.”
“Very old hotel, ongoing maintenance to it. Food was lovely, staff was helpful. But the bed was awful, such a poor nights sleep. Windows sounded like they were open, which they weren’t.”
“Room was lovely - if I had to be picky I’d say tv was a bit small and lacked things like YouTube etc (however this is really picky and I’m not sure if they were changing them as I was checking out as there were loads of tvs lined up in the corridors)
Welcoming staff.
Didn’t use the bar
Breakfast had a large choice.
Pool was clean (one thing to note - you do need a swimhat) both sauna and steam room clean.
Parking was easy”
“Our stay was very pleasant. The hosts were extremely friendly and attentive, yet never intrusive. The accommodation and surroundings were exceptional, with many thoughtful details and everything kept in perfect condition. We were very positively surprised.”
