It took 45 minutes to check in, the line was long and slow. We paid without a visa, so they added $100 to the stay and didn’t tell us if we had just used our visa we wouldn’t have to do that. Then had to check out with them to get the $100 back. Again, they didn’t mention that they had to check our room before giving us our money back.

Room was large and spacious. Bed was comfortable. TV statuos did not seem to come in very sharp. Dim lighting in room. Hotel not close to town.

The property was nicely located and easy to get to from the highway and the staff were very friendly. The common area of the hotel were very nice, however the rooms need some TLC and updating. They were clean, but worn and very dark. Also it was very noisy and wouldn't be my first pick of a place to stay again.

Visit frequently but never stay at motel. Very nice. Fruendky staff. Clean room and easy access to Casino. Shame the buffet isn't open every day but the pub was ok in a pinch. I would definitely stay again

After having my door kicked my a drunk while my disabled wife was the was a little upsetting and felt like i had to take care of it myself. It was not quite the respond that I thought I should recieve from a first class hotel like casino nb

The hotel was great - the room was very clean, staff were very friendly. If I had one thing to comment on, it would be the lack of any bright lighting in the room, bathroom included. Everything was very dim. I would have rated everything excellent if it wasn't for that.
