Good size rooms but tired looking.

Pros: The restaurant. Size of the rooms.
Cons: Updating the decor to make it brighter and cleaner.
Location: Location was ok. We stayed to see the tidal bore, the hopewell rocks area and magnetic hill.
Staff were very nice and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. Rooms could use some updating. The pool area was nice. The hotel restaurant was excellent. We had a really nice dinner there. The butternut squash soup was delicious.

Moncton hotel

Nice, big, clean room. Newly renovated with jacuzzi tub in room. Would certainly stay here next time I'm in town.

Pros: Near downtown.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Location: Good restaurants nearby.

HOtel centrally located

Pros: Staff, big rooms, good secure parking
Cons: Remove the carpeting.
Location: Rink, shopping, walking trail
THe hotel is well located with secure easy parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wehad a heating problem and a technician was sent promptly. I did not like the carpeting which seemed to have. Been sprayed with Febreeze (allergies) and we did find the bar and restaurant overpriced.

Property is dated and service (front desk and brreakfast) was average. Value for money was fair. Would not return or recommend

Excellent Location

Pros: Location
The hotel and location is very important to me, the Crowne Plaza is in a great spot, the main entrance was very inviting, the staff were great, the rooms very clean and comfortable, the only thing that would have made my stay better if I was on top floor facing the side where i can see all downtown Moncton.......but that's my only complaint, il make sure next time I stay il ask for that.

Convenient, clean, homey and affordable hotel

Great experience. Staff are wonderful. Hotel is a bit tired and food could be improved. I understand that it will be going through an extensive renovation shortly. Very well located.

Will do for a night.

Pros: It was the hotel where I had meetings. I'd hire the front desk person.
Cons: All items mentioned in my review are straightforward to fix (except the view from the window)
Front desk staff excellent. Room had a vert spotty stained carpet & overlooked construction & muddy lot, through dirty windows. Broken coffee maker. Broken desk chair. Rest of the room was ultilitarian & clean. Restaurant staff at supper not great. Food unremarkable. Breakfast was better, with friendly & efficient waitress, decent food served quickly enough.
