Not a $200 per night hotel.

Sloppy housekeeping, parking and breakfast not included. By comparison Hampton wins hands down and will be my choice going forward.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your review. As you might know we are a full service hotel that does not offer free breakfast and because of the limited parking space downtown there is a fee to park. Staff was helpful, room was clean and comfortable and hotel was well kept considering the age of the building.

Awful service to customers got charged twice

I will never stay with the hotel again it's awful got charged twice ... Then when I called back to inform them they said it all fixed and now crown plaza says I owe them. I will never ever stay with them and I'm telling all my coworkers and friends about my awful experience.

Good stop for travellers

Nice room, clean, spacious enough. Would have better if there was a mini fridge in the room - we were travelling from a distance and had some food to keep cold - but it was a fine room.

very nice but a bit expensive.

Pros: beds
Cons: breakfast to be included in price
Location: very good location.
beds were very comfortable. we arrived late at night and had to leave early, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. moncton was having an antique car show, so was very busy. there was limited parking space, but we were able to find a spot. breakfast was lovely but a bit pricey.
