Located right in the downtown. Was easy to hang around. Good property. Only complain, why is the ceiling so low in the corridors and rooms? - many a time felt i’ll hit my head.

We stayed for my daughter’s birthday, the staff were all amazingly nice and polite, the room was clean and quiet. My kids loved the pool, and the waterslide is much more fun and big than we expected. The pool facilities is a 10 for sure, and the room was nice and clean. It was also worth to get the breakfast when booking as we had a proper hot breakfast/brunch that would have cost us much more if not taken the coupon. Really good stay for the price.

Everything about this hotel was fine but cleanliness was an issue. When lying down to go to sleep i realized the bed was wet. We took the sheets off and the actual mattress itself was soaked in what smelled like cleaner. We tried addressing the issue but it was late at night and the person we spoke with did not speak English well so we had a hard time conversing. Everything else was fine and staff were nice but the overall experience was very off-putting.

Property has not been updated in a long time. Rooms are in need of repair. Bathroom tiles were cracked, carpet had stains. Wall paper peeling. Rooms feel grungy. We upgraded in hopes of a better experience but again, the same but just a larger space. Fans in bathroom did not work. Lamps had low wattage bulbs so was dark. The TRIO restaurant had great service. Staff friendly. The pool was murky. Again, updates and cleanliness are issues. The elevators had lots of dirt in the tracks. There was a cupcake paper in the hotel elevator when we arrived and it was there three days later. Staffing may be an issue.

It was my son’s 4th birthday on 02/18/24 and I booked him a janitor suite for his birthday party. I needed an early check in so I could decorate and prepare for him, I called the front desk about 5 times that morning and each time they were so patient and so kind. They went above and beyond to help accommodate us. They even left him a piece of gourmet cake and 2 helium balloons tied to a balloon weight with a birthday card, (star wars theme card) wishing him a happy birthday from the entire delta front desk team. Absolutely amazing staff and service. My son had an amazing birthday and he says he can’t wait to go back! It was clean, secure, friendly and quiet as well. 5/5

Staff was nice and place was clean. The room had only one working light bulb in the bathroom. The door handle broke on the morning we were leaving. The noise carried from other rooms quite badly. We had ordered strawberries to the room for our check in. They weren’t there. We asked for them and they brought us chocolate cake. After we asked again they didn’t charge us. Staff was nice but seemed overwhelmed by the amount of ppl there that weekend.

Location is perfect for downtown but the hotel looks a bit dated and the walls are very thin. You can hear every door slam when someone is coming or going. I was on the bed and could hear the a full conversation from the room beside me. Bar staff was very friendly and drink options were excellent!

The only that could be improved is the area for smokers. Arriving at the hotel in a smelly smoking cloud wasn't very inviting.

They put us in a room beside a girl's hockey group. The kids were up till 3am having a blast. Rather upset with the hotel to put regular guest in a room directly next door. You would think they would have sense to have the teammates on one floor. Obvious they know this ahead of time. Never stay there again. No beef with the girls.

Horrible stay!!! There were kids playing hockey in the hallways and screaming and running around all afternoon and evening. Then when we finally got to sleep we were woken up by a bunch of drunks wondering the halls yelling, stumbling and beating on random doors! All to get a bunch of miscellaneous charges that dont say what they are for. Ended up paying $50 more than stated online when booked! Never ever again will we return

Hair in the tub. Noise from unattended children kept awake from people slamming doors half the night and woke up from the same thing. When brought to the attention of the front desk we were given our parking fee back. 17 bucks for a miserable night was not near enough after we paid $ 322.00 for the night.
