Great hotel, close to shopping and highway access

Pros: The hotel is close to the highway and offers easy access to shopping in Moncton. The kids loved the pool!
Cons: The 4 PM check in is a bit late in my opinion and should be broadened to an earlier time slot.
Location: The hotel is close to a major shopping hub and offers an easy access to many of the amenities in the Moncton area.
We were in town for another event and decided to make a weekend out of it. I have heard good things about this hotel from others so decided to try it out. We were not disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I can certainly understand your concern regarding the later check-in time. Many hotels have an earlier check-out time of 11am, and ours is one hour later at 12pm so as to allow our guests extra time to enjoy our amenities. Because of this, we do need to extend our check out time to 4pm to allow our housekeeping team ample time to make sure that our rooms are clean for our arriving guests.

Nice hotel

We recently stayed for one night, and we really enjoyed everything there at the hotel! The only thing I could honestly say about needing improvement would be about the pillows, they were a little flat- next time I could just take my own. Overall, great stay!!

Nice hotel, slow service

We had to wait over 30 minutes after 4:00, check in time, for our rooom to be ready. Considering the amount of money we paid this is unacceptable.

We are especially busy on weekends and other guests that check in earlier than 4pm oftentimes take up the rooms that are ready earlier

friendly staff and beautiful hotel. Large spacious room, it felt like I was staying at a more luxurious hotel. Great dining area.

No restaurant services

Pros: easy highway access,clean
Cons: get a new T.V. supplier for programing...Rogers is terrible , or at least the package u use is very poor.
Property requires guests to leave property to dine...restaurants are too far away.

Location: The Hotel was very close to where we we going

This stay was celebrating our 50th anniversary. Everything was great except the pool was a little cool.

Went on a shopping overnighter and the hotel was great. Clean, friendly and a nice breakfast. All was good.
