Need new paint

Pros: The candy and free coffee in the reception hall. Plus they can keep the luggages for you before and after check in
Cons: Housekeeping, new paint, friendlier and helpful staff

I am very disappointed with this hotel because the bathroom has rust, needs new paint, room is not clean ( I found an empty cigarette case in the drawers and when I put the luggage under the bed, it came out dusty!) Housekeeping please sweep under the bed and wipe the drawer. The windows need cleaning too. The neighborhood is ghetto. Staff is not friendly.

It's okay if you dont mind bad smell

The room is too small and with bad smell. When i ask for help with that, no one can give a help and no service at all. Also the lobby is crowded for check in cause there is just one person to handle the check in work.

A21 airport bus is minutes walk from hotel, lot of shopping areas nearby.

smallest room ever

Cons: What about a smile
I was asked not to get their sheet dirty, first time ever, and she never smile during the checkin process. It's the smallest room I have ever seen, I will have no where to stand if I open my luggage. You may consider if you just need a bed to stay for one night, otherwise, their are many other choices.

Good Convenient Reasonably Priced Hotel on HK

Pros: The room was spacious, the room rate was very competitive, the staff were friendly and helpful
Cons: The shower cubicle could be bigger in size.
Location: The hotel is located on the western side of Hong Kong island with lots of restaurants nearby and is well served by public transportation.
The hotel is located on the western side of Hong Kong island. It is not brand new but has been well maintained. It is conveniently located - right next to tram and bus stations (routes A10 and A12 connects the hotel directly to the Airport) and a short 10 minutes walk from two MTR stations (Sai Ying Pung and HKU). A store of the Wellcome supermarket chain is located only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There are lots of eateries that are relatively cheap nearby. The front desk staff and the housekeeper were friendly and helpful. There are three lifts which means that one does not have to wait a long time to go to/from one's room. The Superior room we stayed in was large by Hong Kong standards (23 sq. m.). It was clean and bright (during the day as well as at night because it has many ceiling down lights), equipped with a high-definition TV, has a large writing desk, a good size coffee table, two comfortable sofas, good free Wi-Fi connection, a big wardrobe, lots of storage, spacious bathroom (big enough to be equipped with a dressing table). The two beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were supportive. We have no complaints at all and will definitely stay in the hotel in future visits to Hong Kong.

Good location

Really a budget hotel.

Really a budget hotel. Shock! Super expected small room and toilet. No extra chair for luggages, no wardrobe, only hangers. Toilet can't move around, dirty. Will not stay there again.

Dirty and small rooms, does not fit for human!!!

Overall stay was sucks. Total we have booked 6 family rooms however the rooms looked like it was for 'one night stand'. All our rooms given was at different levels. The reason given was there are only one family rooms in each level. Rooms was extremely small and dirty, with only a few amentities, room phone (one of the room was spoilt), 3 dirty cups w/o spoons, dirty kettle, extra small TV, in-room slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. At room 1705, we had killed one cockrach and room 0705, one of the bed was full of bed bug which my cousin had suffered from bed bug bite. The bed was extremely dirty with strand of hairs and dirt. The toilet was extremely small and dirty without enough space to move around. The toilet door was so translacent that could see someone bathing inside. No privacy at all. The staffs and concierge was extremely inpoilte too. The concierge was very irresponsible as after we check out, we wanted to placed our luggages at the concierge. He told us that there was no guarantee and we might lost our luggages. Even when one of the room's toilet light was spolit, they came to change the light bulb but was told that there was something wrong with the electrical cable. Afterwhich they did not do anything about it. Overall this hotel was a disappointment and would never ever recommend anyone to book their rooms.
