Nice Hotel close to Kowloon markets and shops

Posted Aug 11, 2017
Pros: It's location
Cons: The decore could be upgraded
Location: Shopping, markets, Station and Ferry terminals. Sights were Disneyland, Ocean Park, Botanical and Zoological Gardens, Discovery Bay, Stanley, Aberdeen
The Metropark Kowloon provided a good drop off and pickup service to Tsim Sha Tsui and drop off service to Mong Kok Station. The Hotel is situated in a convenient area and walkable to The Ladies Markets, Jade Markets, Temple Street Markets, Argyle Street and Nathan Road. Plenty of Restaurants closeby, as well as supermarket and inhouse bakery. The floor staff were very accommodating and provided a good service, as well as the reception and door staff.

Nothing Fantastic

Posted Jul 31, 2017
The other thing good about this hotel is the shutter bus service from the hotel to TST/mongkok. Other than that, nothing fantastic. Wifi is weak. No slippers. Pool is small.

The hotel was very unsanitary.

Posted Jul 28, 2017
The hotel room was very dirty. The door frame was broken and insects were crawling out of the cracks. I had to kill them all by myself and it was very unsanitary.

4 days in Hong Kong

Posted Jul 18, 2017
Pros: good service, friendly staff
Cons: stop people smoking in the hallways
Location: 5 minutes walk to Mong Kok area and the night markets and good food
Its a great hotel, good location a nice bar, expensive restaurant but good food, the rooms were smaller than we thought but quite comfortable. We used the rooftop pool a lot as it was so hot. Usual problem with Chinese hotels, the smokers sneak out into the hallways and stink the place out.

Out of Tourist Belt Hotel

Posted Jul 12, 2017
Pros: Not overcrowded at Hotel Lobby & Entrance
Cons: Need to identify business travelers need example check in timing
1) Check In before 2pm need some improvement. If you upgrade package there is an immediate room available if not need to wait till official time to check in or wait & walk to register counter to keep checking room available 2) Good hotel bus service to tourist belt area for MTR ride to other part of HK. Just one minor hiccup bus left early or didn't turn up for pick up back to hotel one morning at 9.30am schedule.

Close to Monk Kok

Posted Jul 11, 2017
Pros: Helpful staff that spoke good English, although we didn't use it, having the pool was a big drawcard. 4 port USB charging station in the room.
Cons: Internet in the room was slow using social media with 2 users logged in. Towels and bedding seemed a bit dated, thin and cheap.
Location: Was not too far to walk into Mong Kok for shopping, resturants or MTR. a few 7-11's close by
A nice, clean, very well presented hotel. A/C was rattling, as soon as it was reported an engineer was in the room within minutes and rectified.
