Had a great stay the night before my daughter’s scholarship interview at Monmouth College. Very convenient to campus. Staff were friendly and VERY helpful. Everything was clean. Room had what we needed including access to extra outlets to accommodate cpap machines and charging phones overnight. Very conveniently located to the few places actually in this quiet, small town.

Need to upgrade the beds and pillows
The hotel is lovely. The staff are great. The pool was fantastic. The beds are extremely firm and the pillows are half regular size, like a square pillow you would find on a chair. It wasn’t very comfortable to me or my son.

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. I think the only thing we did not appreciate was getting into the Inn. It was located behind a small strip mall so no view.

Super friendly staff. Let them know this is my first time with two little ones by myself and she made me feel so comfortable and put us with nobody beneath us which gave me more peace of mind. I will definitely be back every time I come to town. Tons of pillows.

The room carpet was absolutely filthy. The light above the sink worked, sometimes. The frig wasn’t cold, and everything was dusty. There were no eggs for breakfast, just high calorie foods, not diabetic friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past, and never had issues, but this time was different. The toilet in our room had not been cleaned and we found multiple hairs in one of the beds. Even the carpet seemed like it had not been cleaned recently.

There are 2 hotels in Monmouth. This one had better reviews. The hotel is showing some age. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. I was back in Monmouth (I am from there) for a family emergency. This location was convenient for my needs.

My husband is handicapped, and they even found him a chair to sit in as he needs to sit up right to sleep. Coffee was always on Thanks for that.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool might as well have been outdoors it was so cold! They have it open until 10 for kids to swim in but at that temp it’s DANGEROUS to let your littles play in it. My kids were heartbroken the pool was so cold.

Our employee that usually handles our pool had surgery on October 17th, and had some complications and is still currently in the hospital. Our staff had/has been trying to step up and take over.
