“Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr gut. Luxuriös ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das einzige Manko war, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist. Somit war er unbrauchbar für uns. Das Wasser war für die Jahreszeit (Oktober) zu kalt zum Baden. Aber laut Betreiber sollen nächstes Jahr ein Teil der Pools mit Wärmepumpen ausgestattet werden. “The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. ”

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”
