“I didn't care for the odor in the reception area and hallways. I think it was because I believe the workers were smoking out front. There was a numerous amounts of cigarette butts outside in the front. They were everywhere— on the cub and all over the decorative rocks only near the handicap parking.
We had to move from room 424 to 418 because the outlet was faulty.
The ladies at the front desk were congenial and helpful in allowing us to switch rooms.”

“Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great.
