The water is yellow. It maybe the hard water or something else but it definitely feels weird to wash hands in it or even to look at it inside the toilet, even after flushing.

Paid a premium for the area and got zero benefit for the extra. Desk looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked if they had a wine opener. Breakfast for fast was cozy and nice… changed up daily

I did not like the bed it was lumpy and noisy. the shower head in the shower head was to low, I was taller than the shower head, the bathroom too cramped.

No bugs or issues. No frills. Probably would have been just as comfortable across the street at the Red Roof for half the price. Nice pool and breakfast. Close to shopping. I guess I was just expecting more for the price.

Not somewhere I would book again.
The room was big enough, although we did not realize the rooms opened to the outside & would have never booked had we known. The outside is very run down. Parking is limited. The bathroom is comical. I have never seen anything so small. My son is 6’3” & has head touched the ceiling & shower head sprayed his chest. You have to close the door before sitting on the toilet. It is tiny. All I could do was laugh. It was only for 1 night for a baseball game. Any longer & I would have cancelled & left.

The prices in the W. Monroe area are ridiculous. This hotel was priced lower and wasn’t as nice on outside but the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful and the room was immaculate and smelled amazing and was very spacious! Would stay here again!

The front lobby service was excellent. From the beginning at check in, to the lady helping with the breakfast to the guy emptying the trash, everyone was kind and helpful. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. This was the hardest to ignore. Everything smelled of it after being there only a few hours. We did not ask for a new room, we just went to sleep early to get it over with faster.

Old, tired rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable, hard lumpy mattresses with very tiny almost worthless pillows. The bathroom was so tiny that you practically needed to step into the shower just to close the door. Not someplace I would recommend

The hotel staff was very friendly from the time we checked in until we left. I can't remember the lady's name, but she made our waffles every morning. And good naturedly laughed at my attempt to do it. Our housekeeper, April Soilars, was very sweet. She made sure we had enough towels and our trash was taken care of. The room was nice and had enough room for me, my husband and 2 teenage boys. The only thing I could say I didn't like was the bathroom. It was very tiny. But it was an overall good stay. The hotel looked like it had a lot of people, but it was never noisy.

Pleasant surprise, way more than expected.
I was not expecting much from a motel located a block away from an Interstate highway so this was a very pleasant surprise. People at front desk were friendly even late at night and breakfast team was helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and everything from carpets to sink and tub seemed almost new. Certainly will consider this place when I am on this route again.
