The room had a closed up stinky smell, like dirty wet carpet. The bathroom area is tiny. The bolt lock on the room door did not work because the door was not installed correctly, there was a large crack on the bottom that people could look through.

Pay a little more to go somewhere else

Very disappointed, even for a Comfort Inn. No iron in room, not great customer service, toilet didn't flush right, very small bathroom, and a free breakfast that i skipped bc it was not tasty

Clean but probably won't stay again.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Room was clean but bed was super low and had lumpy pillows. Tv had so much static you couldn't watch it. Room was clean and recently remodeled. I tried to get another room but hotel was sold out.

Marginal hotel - cleanliness lacking

Cons: Cleanliness, Staff interest in guest comfort and satisfaction, Layout of rooms.
Location: Hotel is located in large mall. Many shopping and eating options. If you are like the show "Duck Dynasty", Willie's café and gift shop are nearby.
Checkin went well. Staff was friendly. Problems started when we got to the room. First off - it was very very small - with a king bed it was difficult to move around. I did notice as we were unpacking that there seemed to be a lot of dirt or "grit" on the floor. As the evening progressed we noticed more and more cleanliness issues. Around 10PM, while sitting at the desk working online I noticed grit all over table and getting it my mouse. I cleared off the table and found the first really gross discover. Someone had left a very long artificial fingernail - the press on nail variety - on the desk. I used a tissue to sweep it into a waste basket. I noticed the wastebasket was not empty but rather had an empty tin of chewing tobacco - a product neither my wife or I have ever used. We almost called the front desk and requested a new room but it was late. We should have called. Around 2 AM my wife felt something 'weird' against her foot. We pulled the covers off the bed and found a large collection of long black hair tangled into a mass. It was gross. As both of us are gray haired it was NOT from us. We slept the rest of the night on top of the comfortable. I noticed during packing up that the room had definitely NOT been vacuumed. Most telling point - on checkout NO-ONE asked how our stay had been or were we satisfied. Out of >10 hotels on our trip this was the only one which didn't seem to care. Very telling.

Small bathroom.

ROOM was small for price. At Shreveport, on Saturday night, had much larger room for less. Bathroom was very inconvenient. Breakfast was not as good as other comfort Inns.
