Thank you so much for your review, we greatly appreciate it, although we are an affordable budget hotel, we do keep our rooms clean, we do not do turn down service everyday. If you do have a request, we have a 24 hour front desk, our houskeepers are instructed to speak with the managers regarding everything. We are happy to send them to your room to replace any towels and toilet paper. We ask that when you check in and get to your room if there should be anything that needs assistance or that you might not like, please let us know as we have many rooms and can move you to a more suitable room, or bring you what you need. We again are a budget hotel and we do not offer Kleenex, and have not for years and years. We cannot afford to replace them when people take them home, it doesn't seem like it, but it ends up being thousands of dollars, you are correct no kleenex howver Toilet paper and towels and coffee cups should all be available to you and we apologize that they were not. We thank you for your business and we wish you the best in finding a room more suitable to your needs.

Thank you for letting us know, we have never had nats, we apologize for any inconvenience, but if the prior guests had fruit in the room it is possible, we can clean the room but still have nats. I will make sure that I let the manager know, so we can alert housekeeping and also check for cigarette smell as well, as this is a no smoking hotel. Again we appreciate you letting us know and we hope that you will come back and give us another chance when you are in town.

Thank you for the wonderful feedback, we absolutely would love to welcome you back, yes we do have a smoking section and if you are not a smoker, well we understand. We apolgoize about the lawn clippings, this is not the normal but when they cut the grass we ask for an extra trash pick up and sometimes it doesn't happen until the next day. Thank you for your feedback, although we do our best to keep our hotel comfortable and clean, but you are correct, no hotel, moves the beds between each hotel guests, we have deep cleaning and that is when we move furniture and shampoo carpets etc.. We do not offer breakfast, we offer Coffee,Tea and Juice, this is discloded on here (3rd party) and on our website. We do on occasion offer fruit (but again we do not offer breakfast.) Scott, Thank you for bringing any issues to our attention, we did go back and audit the room and had a bit of an issues finding some things mentioned, we can say that everyone has a level of comfort, and for you it seems we missed the mark, we are an older hotel so somethings are not going to be shiny and new but they will be clean. We also were not full for our Labor Day and we ask guests, when you enter the room to go check it out and if it is not suitable, to let us know and we will move you to a more suitable room, you chose to stay in this room, and while we do not want to lose your business, we understand that you may be looking for a newer hotel at a higher price range.
