The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was horribly rude, except for the man cleaning the 2nd floor this morning. The man that checked us in at least spoke to us. The woman that was there this morning just stood behind the counter. Didnt speak to anyone. Didn't smile and avoided eye contact. Its like she was mad she was at work. My husband handed her our keys and said here you are, thank you. She just took the room keys and turned her back to him. Very rude.

The building needs some modern upgrades. The room was clean. The traffic from the highway was loud, which also means it’s close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was sufficient.

Check in was a little muddleds. My wife started the process without me. As I arrived it was clear that the counter clerk was ringing us up as a walk in. When i said no he immediately pulled up my preregistration paperwork. felt like he knew. from there he was brusk and rude yet efficient. coffee was cold, breakfast was uninspiring, in room coffee was awful. bed was hard as a rock. bathroom was wet.

Hampton Inn Review
The toilet in the room was broken. The AC/Heat didn't work well. Fruit flies around the fruit at breakfast. There was inclement weather and they didn't salt the parking lot at all. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to have the toilet fixed and no one answered.

Property is at least 20 years old and has flooring updated. However the Bathrooms are old and need updating. The furniture is beat up. The bed was okay. The AC unit is old and does not work properly with the Thermostat.The ratings given were misleading and way overrated. Does not warrant a 9 rating, more like a 7.5 rating. Not worth the $50.00 extra per night cost against the other competitors in the area.

I called that morning to ensure we have a room with two queen beds. When we arrived they told me they only had a king room w a sofa bed left for 4 people. We went to our room and it wasn’t a sofa bed…it was just a sofa. I asked for two rollaways and they found some. The manager on duty was very nice and owned the mistake. I wonder if booking through Expedia puts you somehow on the bottom of a list in hotels?

We booked a room for 5 people (3 adults and 2 children) and the room doesn’t have a pull out couch! They are queen beds and for even 3 children to sleep in a queen bed it’d be tight, how can you expect an adult and 2 children?! Why not say there are no rooms that sleep 5? I would have went elsewhere

The air-conditioning was out in the hallways. Not good when the temp outside is nearly 100 degrees. Also, there was a very strong sewage smell that permeated the entire hotel including our room. The staff was friendly and the ac in the room was great. There were flys all over the food at breakfast which was gross. I would not stay here again.
