Nice staffPosted Aug 10, 2015
Was only disappointed that it did not have a spa like website stated. Or the kids room and alligator head like pictures showed.

After a 10 hour drive from Tennessee, this was a much needed resting place. Convenient from the freeway and had a restful sleep. Duck Commander is also only 10 minutes away.

Pros: The staff is friendly, helpful, and the hotel was exceptionally clean.
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a family reunion so we didn't have too much time to explore the surrounding area. It appears to be an ideal location for family gatherings and business meetings.

Very Welcoming MotelPosted Jul 21, 2015
Always good experiences at Hilton Garden Inns, but the staff at the one in Monroe, La. = particularly welcoming and helpful. And grits at the breakfast buffet! What's not to like!?

Close to Duck CommanderPosted Jul 20, 2015
Cozy hotel, great staff, just rude usual tourist slamming doors and screaming in the hallways. The rooms will get humid no matter what setting you put the ac on. After looking around the town, this hotel is probably your best bet for a safe, clean stay.

Bathroom had leakPosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: I liked the location
Cons: Repairs to the bathroom ceiling
The hotel staff was nice, the hotel lobby and everything was nice. In the actual room there was damage to the ceiling in the bathroom which caused a leak where there was actual water splashing on you while standing in the sink area. I was shocked for the price of the room to have this type of issue with the room. Also, I was shocked that the breakfast was $9.99 per person.
