"2 fire alarms went off over the night"

"It took over an hour to check in because it took FIVE rooms to find one that was somewhat clean. I then cleaned and disinfected that room before even allowing my son to sit on the bed. There was a sign on the pool door from the health department saying that the spa was to be closed until further inspections; however, they were allowing people to use it. The pool heater was not working so the pool was not usable without freezing. The breakfast was also out of almost all items an hour before the end of breakfast"

"The place was clean and we felt safe. It would’ve been nice to have our room keys open up the side door so we didn’t have to walk aaallll the way around to get back to our room. We enjoyed our stay though. We definitely would return."

I have called and they claim that it was a mistake and my money will be returned back to me. That was a week ago and still silence. Still an ongoing issue. Terrible customer service and terrible business"
