Our bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Pool was a bit run down. Overall, we got what we paid for. Easy to get to, lots of parking, safe. Reasonable price. Reasonable stay.

Check in was a breeze, from was great for the price. Breakfast was missing items from the photos but still great for FREE!! Bed was comfy & jetted tub was great after a long drive. Will def stay here again!!

We had to be on the 3rd floir and the elevator broke down we both have bad knees and had hard time going up and down stairs. Snacks only on 1st floor and old machine doesnt accept cards. So disappointed not worth money i paid will go elsewhere next time. Lady was rude at the frint desk

We checked in and paid we never even went in the room because they said the pool was broke which is the only reason we got the room had to go spend money at another hotel

We stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. It was very clean. The breakfast was good. Overall a great stay!

Other than the boat load of kids for the birthday party it was fairly quiet.

The hot tub was cold and then stopped working the pool was cold as ice and the temp in the pool area had air on The hotel staff did not care .

This hotel is a regular stop for us now on our way back to Canada. We haven't tried the pool yet as we usually arrive too late. Like that they have coffee in lobby available and beds are comfortable.

The desk clerk was exceptionally friendly & helpful The room itself, though clean and quite, was moderately outdated. The laminated desk top was warped & separating , The bathroom door does not close, TV was totally dysfunctional . Considering the state of affairs in the US over the past 3 years these deficiencies are to be expected from coast to crumbling coast.

Clean, friendly, needs repairs.
I want to start by saying the staff there are wonderful. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. There are many repairs needed with this hotel. The bathtubs need replaced as there are chips in them, the pool was slimy at on the bottom and steps, and the hot tub was the same. There were several broken tiles and rust in the hot tub, the chemicals also must have been off too. As soon as we got in the hot tub we noticed the cold water coming out of the jets, that the water was grey, and we started itching. The wonderful staff did everything they could for us to make it right and the issues were not on them, it's on the owners.

Other stays have been better.
Everything was great until we woke up and realized that we were sharing our bed with ants. Once we saw them, we noticed they were on the tub, on the bed, on the window ceil.

The hotel was okay. The pool- which was my primary reason for choosing this one- was disgusting! Cloudy, things floating, like bugs and other small items, and there was scum all the way around the liner. I ordered food to be told by the delivery driver there's no room 300- which I was in. My phone didn’t work and had to use speaker mode to talk with the operator.

Good place to stay
Customer service was superb! The hotel room was nice, could have used a touch up on the paint in some spots, but over all very nice. The bed was extremely soft, and the air/heat unit worked really well. The breakfast was good sized and had lots of options, but no meat or eggs. The hot tub broke the first morning of our stay so that was disappointing, but over all it was a nice stay and we would book again. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

The room was not properly cleaned, lots of random wrappers and garbage under the edge of the bed. Too many young kids sitting in the hot tub unattended and very loud. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.
