Nightmare

Cons: Better computer system.
Location: Not far from UL Monroe
Booked through Expedia--when we arrived they couldn't access the reservation. I had to call Expedia and it faxed the info over--but had to wait approx. 45 minutes--the lobby was full and only one person was working the desk. The hotel agreed to honor the Expedia booking and gave us a room. However, when we got to the room, there were already guests in it! They were fuming that they had booked through Priceline and the hotel had given their room away...and obviously they weren't real happy that 2 strangers had keys to their room. On the next try, the man at the desk was able to find us an unoccupied room but it was much smaller than the one I booked and it did not have a couch. I think the hotel has some serious computer problems that should be addressed immediately.

Housekeeping failed to clean my room. Only resolution was receiving towels.
