I liked the room in general. The side tables next to the bed were too low. Nice, comfortable bed that was high. Just need higher side tables for the bed’s height. Only other thing that was annoying was the bathtub floor which was too high. You were right to place a sign there to watch your step. Everything else was very good

Room was in pretty rough shape. Door looked it had been pryed open a few ttimes. Just old and dirty. Needed a good cleaning, some new paint, new linens. Old facility. Thankfully was only there to sleep and shower over a 3 hour period.

Was close to my contact in Monroeville. Night Staff was terrible. I asked for a moisturizer and handed me shampoo 🙃 Property's charges should have been USD$55 per night. I have had much better experiences at $74 USD.

There was a problem checking in due to the name on my profile on Expedia. Also no clean sheets, comforter had cigarettes burns in them. Floor wasn't swept. I understand you get what you pay for but it was like the staff didn't even try to make the room look presentable. Great locations for food but will not be staying here again

Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.
Unadvertised cash “security deposit” was required for a non-smoking room, although it was returned when I checked out despite nobody checking the room for smoke. Furniture was stained, floor and shower had hair that wasn’t mine. Shower surround had caulk everywhere. I don’t need a fancy room, but I do expect cleanliness.

This property was okay overall but clearly very cheaply maintained. We had to switch rooms once because apparently one of the doors stick with cold weather we were told. We wanted to book another night but were told no even though there were rooms available. Still not sure why. We booked 3rd party originally but even offered to book a night through the hotel and change rooms if need be. We were still told no.

Stayed for one night but had a problem getting to the stadium for the football game had to use an Uber. Everything was very clean and quiet and it was in a safe place. There was an excellent Diner right beside it so food was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.

On the last night there I was awoken around midngiht to yelling outside my room. Somebody was going to door door, banging on each one. It sounded like someone was fighting. I did not feel safe.

Quiet and spacious. Some age to the bathroom we had and in desperate need for caulking, painting, and scrubbing. Wish the refrigerator had a freezer compartment for my ice packs. Staff at check in were wonderful!
